Role Description

Paradigm Search Group is seeking a relationship-driven Associate Recruiter to support searches for plastic surgeons and aesthetic providers nationwide.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in aesthetic medicine, plastic surgery practices, med spas, or clinical environments—such as an RN injector, aesthetician, patient care coordinator, practice manager, or healthcare recruiter—who understands provider workflows and practice culture.

The Associate Recruiter will help identify, engage, and qualify candidates while supporting search execution across multiple client projects. You’ll work closely with PSG leadership and contribute directly to high-impact recruitment initiatives supporting practice growth and ownership transition strategies.

This is a remote role with flexible part-time or full-time structure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and engage plastic surgeons, aesthetic providers, and clinical leaders across the U.S.
  • Screen candidates for clinical fit, cultural alignment, and long-term placement potential
  • Coordinate candidate interviews with client practices
  • Maintain candidate pipelines within PSG’s recruitment systems
  • Support outreach campaigns to passive candidates in aesthetic medicine
  • Assist with preparation of candidate presentations and search updates
  • Communicate professionally with physicians, advanced providers, and practice leadership teams
  • Track search activity and contribute insights to improve recruitment strategy
  • Support PSG’s consulting-forward recruitment approach for growth and succession planning engagements
Ideal Background

Strong preference for candidates who have worked as:

  • RN injectors

  • Healthcare recruiters
Qualifications
  • Experience in aesthetic medicine, plastic surgery, or healthcare provider environments strongly preferred ⭐
  • Prior recruiting, staffing, or talent sourcing experience a plus
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with clinicians and practice leadership
  • Comfort engaging physicians and advanced providers professionally
  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
  • Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously
  • Experience with ATS platforms or CRM databases preferred
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote environment

Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required for candidates with relevant clinical or aesthetic industry experience.
