We are partnering with a global financial services firm to hire an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support a key business line within Operations and Technology. This is a hands-on role within a lean HR team, offering strong exposure to business leaders and the opportunity to operate in a regional capacity.
This position is ideal for a high-performing Associate or Junior VP-level HRBP who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and wants to deepen their impact within a global organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner closely with business leaders and managers to provide day-to-day HR support and guidance
Support employee relations matters, performance management, and organizational initiatives
Assist in workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning efforts
Drive HR processes including performance reviews, compensation cycles, and promotions
Collaborate with COEs (Comp, Talent Acquisition, L&D) to execute HR strategies
Contribute to organizational design and change management initiatives as needed
Support a regional coverage model, partnering with stakeholders across multiple locations (including North America)
Qualifications:
4+ years of HR Business Partner experience, ideally within financial services or a fast-paced corporate environment
Strong experience supporting front office, operations, or technology client groups is a plus
Proven ability to operate in a hands-on, execution-oriented role while building credibility with stakeholders
Solid understanding of core HR functions including employee relations, performance management, and compensation processes
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at various levels of the organization
Comfortable working in a lean, fast-moving environment with evolving priorities
