The US base salary range for this full-time position is $219,000-$305,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 12 years of experience as an HR business partner or HR generalist supporting leaders at global companies.
- Experience in organizational effectiveness, including workforce planning and organizational design.
- Master's or MBA degree.
- Demonstrated ability to work within constraints as well as challenge the status quo.
- Effective communicator with the ability to build relationships with senior leaders and a complex set of stakeholders to drive organizational change.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills, including ability to analyze data, understand trends and develop recommendations for actions based on the analysis.
- Expertise in talent management, total rewards, organizational design, employee relations, and HR data analytics.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and being a part of deeply complex strategy discussions.

- Offer thought leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategy and execution using insightful data to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions.
- Drive organizational health by analyzing complex trends, gauging culture, advising leadership candidly.
- Build strong relationships with and advise leaders on complex HR issues, balancing business objectives against risk and people impact, with a focus on people consequences and reactions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and thought leader within the client organization, advising several VPs across many countries and job families in the development of people plans.
- Drive organizational change at all levels to shape and execute strategic people plans as well as resolve complex root-cause issues with agile, cross-disciplinary solutions that extend beyond traditional HR boundaries.
