Job Description
As a Vice President High Net Worth Experiences in our High Net Worth Card team within Consumer and Community Banking, you lead the strategy and execution of premium partner experiences that deepen relationships with our cardmembers. You shape a differentiated experience portfolio, cultivate senior partner relationships, and bring programs to market through close collaboration with product, marketing, operations, finance, legal, and risk partners. Your work directly supports cardmember engagement, loyalty, and brand strength through memorable, well-run activations.
Job responsibilities
Develop and manage a portfolio of premium cardmember experiences aligned to shared business goals and brand standards
Identify, evaluate, and recommend experiential investments based on customer appeal, exclusivity, strategic fit, and return on investment
Lead end-to-end activation planning and delivery, including program design, timelines, budgets, approvals, and post-event recaps
Own partner relationship management, serving as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for experience strategy and execution
Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with luxury, cultural, travel, entertainment, and lifestyle partners
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to deliver integrated experiences, including marketing, product, operations, finance, legal, and risk partners
Oversee event logistics and production, including venue selection, catering, registration processes, staffing, and talent programming
Manage external agencies, vendors, and production partners to ensure consistent quality, service, and operational excellence
Guide development of marketing and event materials, including executive-ready presentations and attendee communications
Establish feedback loops, track performance, and provide regular reporting and recommendations to senior leadership
Continuously improve governance, processes, and experience standards to strengthen quality and scalability
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
8 to 12 years of leadership experience in premium experiences, luxury events, partnerships, or high-touch service for affluent clients
Demonstrated success leading complex, client-facing programs with high standards for quality and service
Strong partner management skills, including relationship building, negotiation, and performance management
Proven ability to influence and deliver results through cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization
Experience building business cases, managing budgets, and measuring program performance and return on investment
Excellent communication skills, including executive-level presentations and concise stakeholder updates
Strong operational discipline across planning, approvals, risk management, and event execution
Vendor and agency management experience across creative, production, and event operations partners
Ability to balance creativity with brand stewardship and consistent experience standards
Ability to use artificial intelligence tools to accelerate development of marketing and event assets and improve production timelines
Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
Advanced degree, such as a Master of Business Administration or Master of Science
Experience serving high net worth and ultra-high net worth client segments
Track record of building experience portfolios and scaling programs across multiple partners or verticals
Strong governance, controls partnership, and process improvement experience
Experience developing exclusive benefits or access programs that drive customer engagement and loyalty
Strong strategic planning skills, including multi-quarter roadmaps and investment prioritization
Comfort leading high-visibility initiatives with senior leaders and external executives

This role may require flexibility to support events that occur outside standard business hours.
Travel may be required based on partner and event needs.
