From Bangladesh to Bangkok: Shahed’s Journey

Shahed Satter joined Agoda as a Software Engineer after previously working at the United Nations. After spending time working remotely in Bangladesh, he chose to return to Bangkok for its lifestyle and sense of community.

At Agoda, he works on the Fintech team, contributing to large-scale systems while collaborating closely with finance and product teams. Outside of work, he enjoys football, traveling, and exploring the city.

🎓 Tech Camp Day — Community Impact

Supporting the Next Generation of Tech Talent

Agoda hosted the tenth edition of Tech Camp Day in Kuala Lumpur, bringing the program to UCSI University and INTI International College. Over two days, engineers shared practical AI use cases with more than 200 students, including participants from non-technical backgrounds.

In the same week, Agoda donated over 170 laptops to Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), helping expand access to digital tools for students from underprivileged backgrounds.
