Back and bigger than ever, the London Oyster Championships will play host to England’s finest shuckers, chefs and farmers battling it out to be to crowned the English Oyster Open Champion.
What else? We'll also be crowning London's Best Dressed - and find out once and for all who is serving the best dressed oysters in the country.

Stanley Tucci
An Academy Award-nominated actor and Emmy-winning filmmaker and life-long foodie. His celebrated career encompasses acclaimed performances, bestselling books, award-winning productions, and television.
Jeremy Lee MBE
Jeremy Lee joined Quo Vadis in Soho in early 2012, after which Jay Rayner described him as a “rare phenomena in the London food world; a chap everyone agrees is a good thing." His menus are reflective of the seasons.
Georgiana Davies
Georgiana Davies is a London-based content creator who shares her love of oysters on social media. She helps showcase oyster farms, restaurants and producers across the globe, inspiring many to try oysters for the first time.
Matthew Fort
A keen cook, storied expert and prolific writer, Matthew Fort has been at the forefront of UK restaurants since 1986. He was the lead Food and Drink editor at The Guardian for 15 years, and has continued to publish books, reviews and stories since.
Nicki Holmyard
A former master shucker and director of Offshore Shellfish, Nicki returns to the judging panel for the third time. She brings her vast knowledge of oysters and sustainable shellfish production to the table.
Christopher Leftwich
Also returning for the fourth year - Christopher brings invaluable technical expertise and high standards. As President of the Shellfish Association of Great Britain, he is a respected figure within the UK shellfish industry and brings decades of experience and expertise to the competition.
David Jarred
As Chief Executive of the Shellfish Association of Great Britain, David returns for his fourth year. A passionate advocate for the UK shellfish sector and brings invaluable industry insight and leadership experience to the judging panel.
Hannah Harley Young
Our esteemed host for the day is a London based presenter and podcaster best known as the creator and host of Crazy Sexy Food, a platform dedicated to exploring the stories behind food and the people who create it.
Through Crazy Sexy Food, Hannah has built a platform that blends food journalism, culture and conversation, spotlighting the personalities and stories that shape the global food scene.
