How do I apply?
STEP 1
APPLY FOR SKDS / SKPS
- To find out if you are eligible and to apply for the subsidised fuel via https://mysubsidi.kpdn.gov.my
- Documents required:
(i) Company details (SSM).(ii) Vehicle Registration Number.(iii) Select PETRONAS as your preferred Oil Company.
- Approval will be received immediately upon submission of complete and accurate details.
- Applicant/ Company will receive 2 documents:
(i) KPDN SKDS / SKPS Approval Letter.(ii) KPDN SKDS / SKPS Approved Vehicle List.
STEP 2
APPLY FOR PETRONAS SMARTPAY FLEET CARD
- Apply for PETRONAS SmartPay via https://www.smartpay.mymesra.com.my/
(click here for the supporting documents required)
- For SKDS / SKPS eligible applicants, submit the following documents during application:
(i) KPDN SKDS / SKPS Approval Letter.(ii) KPDN SKDS / SKPS Approved Vehicle List.
- Your PETRONAS SmartPay Card will be delivered to your address upon successful approval*
