-1 scoop (35g) vanilla protein powder (vegan or whey)

-1/4 c oats

-1 frozen banana

-3 ice cubes

-1/2 tsp cinnamon

-2 tbsp vanilla coconut/plant-based/or greek yogurt

-1 c unsweetened vanilla almond (or oat) milk

ADD all of the ingredients to the blender (starting with liquids). BLEND on the smoothie setting until finished. Pour into your glass or choice, top with oats and extra cinnamon, and enjoy!
