Atay, also known as Algerian mint tea, is a hot tea. It is widely spread in the Maghreb countries. It is always present in Algerian food tables with traditional Algerian sweets. It is also served in a plate of copper and traditional colored cups with well-known sweets such as makrout or something honey.
