Through a carefully structured process, you will receive comprehensive support and hands-on experience as you develop the skills necessary to thrive in a dynamic educational environment.
The TNT Program combines rigorous training, mentorship, and professional development, ensuring that you not only gain the technical knowledge needed to teach but also cultivate the personal growth and pedagogical insights that make a great instructor. Whether you are new to teaching or looking to deepen your practice, this program is your first step toward becoming a confident, effective, and inspiring educator at the Rolf Institute.

Follow the steps below to apply to the Teacher-in-Training (TNT) Program.
Eligibility: You are eligible to apply once you have completed Advanced Training and are in the process of completing your Rolf Movement® Certification
Email Valerie Berg, TNT Coordinator / RFOC Chair, at vberg@rolf.org to express your interest in becoming a DIRI faculty member and TNT candidate.
Select the department you wish to teach in and confirm that you meet all prerequisites.
Requirements for each department are listed in the TNT Orientation Materials.
Submit the following materials along with your completed Teacher Training Application Form:
Letter of Intent
Curriculum Vitae (CV)
Letter of Recommendation from a current faculty member in your selected department
Email all materials to the TNT Coordinator for review.
Choose an advisor to support your training journey. You will need to upload the following information:
Advisor’s name
Date of your first meeting
Required Growth Plans after each classroom assist
Your advisor will help guide you through the training process, support your department-specific development, and assist you in creating your individualized Growth Plans.
*Weekly check-ins may be required, and can last between 45 minutes to an hour.
