The opinion of Negri Sembilan Umno wings stating a loss of confidence in the state administration is not a party stand, said party president Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi at the Bumiputra Education Congress held in conjunction with Umno's 80th anniversary on Friday (May 1).
