    LA County sues State Farm for delays, denials of fire claims from survivors of 2025 wildfires

    Ten months after Los Angeles County launched its investigation, hundreds of 2025 fire survivors' insurance claims made to State Farm Insurance are still woefully underpaid, have been delayed or flat out denied, county officials reported on Monday, Aug. 31.
