Great to see the @CaliforniaGlobe staying on the unpaid California unemployment loan story. One fact worth remembering: Biden' American Rescue Plan Act handed Newsom $27 billion of COVID aid in 2021. Instead of paying off the UI loan, Newsom spent the money on a homeless plan.
