Absolutely fuck all service. My parcel has been undelivered for the last 10 days without any attempts and I leave the city in 2 days. What’s the point of your service, when I travelled 60+ kms last time (3 times to and fro) to get my parcel and not doing that @BlueDart_
@BlueDartCares What's the process of getting a refund on my fuel expenses when I have to be the one to go to your warehouse to collect my parcel I paid you to deliver to my door step and still not get anything in hand but empty promises, half baked excuses and attitude.
