@SouthwestAir another day of sheer despair. Gate agent at the desk in Charlotte was lousy! Came to pick up my bag since I could not trust you all to deliver it since last night all of SW left but kudo’s to Delta they were still there and tried to help!!
@SouthwestAir@BWI_Airport how disgusting and disgraceful that we have a plane filled on flight 1157 and waiting because a massive airport like BWI does not have a ramp for luggage! Time to switch carriers! Sad
