@VodafoneUK over the past 4 days I have spent a total of around 3.5 hours either on the phone or online chats. The last 2 days has been an hour daily. Once again I’ve been cut off while waiting to be transferred to another department. Why is it so hard to get what I’ve paid for?
When there’s 20 empty seats (aka the entirety of the waiting room) around you and the person who enters nexts basically decides to sit on your lap… why though? Fuck off
