This is thumper perhaps related to Thistle. I saw the half eaten apple yesterday. Wisely, I did nothing, otherwise I would have denied Thumper his/her dinner! The apple is just a few feet from the patio door. Later Thumper moved to the bunny hill. (1)

(2) The bunny hill is left over from an excavation to install a backyard power pole. Wisely, I did nothing so that several years in the future habitat would be provided for Thumper and Thistle and 3 million of their closest relatives.
