Christine Stanton liked thisAnother President’s Club in the books. 🇨🇦 It’s an incredible honour to represent Canada and be recognized among the top 1% of performers at Arctic Wolf a company that has grown to more than 3,500 people globally. This year’s celebration at the beautiful Terranea Resort in San Pedro, California was particularly special. I had the opportunity to celebrate alongside my partner, Ron Pluchinski, and his wife. Great partnerships are a huge part of success in this business, and I’m grateful for the people I get to compete and win alongside every day. My wife couldn’t make the trip this year because she was holding things down at home with our two young kids. The reality behind every achievement like this is that there’s someone at home making sacrifices that allow you to go out, take the meetings, catch the flights, work the late nights and execute. I couldn’t do what I do without her. But that created an opportunity for a pretty special full-circle moment. Eleven years ago, my dad was the person who encouraged me to pursue a career in sales. He’s spent more than 20 years in the profession and is still carrying a bag day in and day out. This weekend, I got to bring him with me to President’s Club and celebrate an accomplishment that traces all the way back to the advice he gave me when I was just getting started. That one meant a lot. Sales has changed my life. But behind the awards, trips and recognition are years of competition, rejection, preparation, long days and an obsession with getting better. I’m proud of what we accomplished, grateful for everyone who helped make it possible, and still hungry for what comes next.
