I was surprised to see you revert my edits here. I took the action as part of wider work to remove content added by a now-blocked sockpupet who made a wide variety and amount of LLM-aided content additions. Unfortunately, with this article I hit a WP:TNT situation due to the intervening edits. I've already messaged the editor who made those. Please revert yourself per WP:LLM / WP:LLMPRV -- thanks! Ed [talk] [OMT] 18:43, 16 August 2026 (UTC)
- The fact that a user has used LLM material does not justify reverting dozens of edits to a page just because edits from 6 months ago used LLM. You edits removed multiple valid intervening edits and removed valid information from the Infobox (placing this page and numerous others into error/maintenance categories). If you believe that there is LLM content on this specific page, you should remove that content, not just lazily revert dozens of edits because 3 of them may have been performed with LLM. Zackmann (Talk to me/What I been doing) 18:46, 16 August 2026 (UTC)
- It actually can justify it in some situations. See WP:TNT, which I linked to for a reason. Let me know if you'd like to help with combing through these hundreds of edits dating back to at least March. Ed [talk] [OMT] 18:49, 16 August 2026 (UTC)
- Sure, but an important cornerstone of WP:TNT is WP:BATHWATER. I think in this instance you've done roughly equal parts baby throwing and bath-emptying, I think calling it lazy is a bit harsh but support the revert. Elirockenbeck1 (talk) 19:31, 25 August 2026 (UTC)
- The sockpuppet 4x'd the article, and Martin made revisions and additions on top of that. It is not easy to disentangle, which is why WP:TNT exists in the first place. I'll assume Zackmann08 has assumed responsibility for the LLM content, including checking its accuracy. Ed [talk] [OMT] 03:45, 30 August 2026 (UTC)
- You can easily remove the supposed LLM content without reverting good and valid edits. Really not that hard. Zackmann (Talk to me/What I been doing) 03:47, 30 August 2026 (UTC)
- Great to hear. As the reverter and per LLMPRVOBJ, I'd invite you to take that task on; speaking not in any sort of annoyed tone, but if you can guess by my recent contribs, I genuinely don't have available time to do it. Ed [talk] [OMT] 03:51, 30 August 2026 (UTC)
- We all have tasks we are busy with. As YOU are the one who has identified the LLM content, you are welcome to remove it. Zackmann (Talk to me/What I been doing) 04:05, 30 August 2026 (UTC)
- To be clear, it was the lack of recent contributions due to real-life needs.
- Per what you've said, I've re-removed the content until the LLM content can be verified or removed. Thanks. Ed [talk] [OMT] 04:46, 30 August 2026 (UTC)

. Zackmann (Talk to me/What I been doing) 02:32, 27 August 2026 (UTC)- (talk page stalker) I believe they are talking about this 'remobal'. They added the unrecognized
|campus minister=in one of their four edits. Template:Infobox school does have a|campus_director=parameter, but I wouldn't know if that's an equivalent term. Probably? - TA editor, Wikipedia is overrun with unrecognized and unwanted parameters right now, and Zackmann's leading an appreciated charge on getting many templates cleaned up, so using recognized parameters is helpful (plus if the parameter is not recognized, it won't display on the article's infobox, fyi). Feel free to look at any infobox's template page to see the full list of recognized parameters for that template and the helpful details for using them. Zinnober9 (talk) 03:20, 27 August 2026 (UTC)

[edit]Which part of the anchor store situation is OR? This is a GA-class article and the issue of possible OR was never brought up during the review. Ten Pound Hammer (they/them) • (What did I screw up now?) 04:27, 29 August 2026 (UTC)
- Ok for starters, if you had bothered to read the comment I left on your talk page, or bothered to WP:PREVIEW your edits, you would see that
|anchors=is not a valid parameter, so not sure why you reverted that edit. Second, claiming that these stores are the achors of the mall is unsourced and you just now added it. NOT when it was reviewed for a GA so you cannot claim that itwas never brought up during the review.
That obviously makes no sense. Zackmann (Talk to me/What I been doing) 04:30, 29 August 2026 (UTC)- Prior versions of the article listed off the current anchors, a piece which seems to have been removed by another editor at some point. Also, I mess the anchor paramater up a lot. Ten Pound Hammer (they/them) • (What did I screw up now?) 17:02, 29 August 2026 (UTC)
Lost parameters in infobox motorsport season
[edit]Hi, I can see you're going ahead with the TfD resolution and converting all {{Motorsport season}} into {{Infobox motorsport season}} already. However, in doing so, some useful features of the former (which I mentioned in the TfD), namely the footings Parent series, Sister series and Support series, are being lost. See for example the before and after in DTM. What's your plan? MSport1005 (talk) 23:55, 29 August 2026 (UTC)

Motorsport season template
[edit]Please stop replacing Template:Motorsport season with Infobox:Motorsport season en masse. You are citing a TfD from eight months ago that ended with merge and rebuild (which was your suggestion) but this has not been done. The two are still very different looking at the documentation pages. The infobox, as far as I can tell, has no way to add support series (a heavily used section to aid navigation) and you are removing important information from the page by not replacing the champions categories. Did you ask anyone from the motorsport editing community before you began these changes? We don't want to have to clean up YOUR work by adding information back that you removed. - Mitchea99 (talk) 09:34, 30 August 2026 (UTC)
- Ah, after posting I can see you have discussed this with MSport too, but only editing pages that don't use the footer section (which I think is what you're doing now?) doesn't solve the issue that the template is inadequate. The rest is still true. You also added it to 2014 Queensland Handball League season, so clearly things aren't being reviewed properly. - Mitchea99 (talk) 09:42, 30 August 2026 (UTC)
- You need to chill out dude. I am CURRENTLY only doing pages that don't use the footer section while I figure out how to integrate the footer. As for 2014 Queensland Handball League season that page used Template:Motorsport season so I replaced it with the new template. It is not on me that the wrong template was used to begin with. The merge WAS performed over the course of nearly a dozen edits. It is not yet completed as I am still working on the footer section. Zackmann (Talk to me/What I been doing) 15:59, 30 August 2026 (UTC)
- Just a heads-up — in some cases, such as this, you're deleting the champions, instead of adapting them to the new infobox. MSport1005 (talk) 16:27, 30 August 2026 (UTC)

I'm trying to go back and fix the bad ones, but please feel free to revert on sight (or manually fix if you can/want) any that you find. That is 100% on me and I do apologize. NOT intentional. But I 100% support reverting bad edits on sight. For future reference, I am available on Discord at the same username, but you are not under any obligation to talk to me before reverting. A suggestion
[edit]Something I noticed before your bot request (kept forgetting to mention it) is that when you are fixing the deprecated infobox params you link to the tracking category, but when that category is deleted it's then a redlink (and falls into the "pain in the butt" category for getting to the infobox itself). My suggestion (which I've been doing for my runs) is to link to the infobox directly. I'm not saying you have to, but it's something to consider. Primefac (talk) 18:27, 30 August 2026 (UTC)
- @Primefac: that is a great idea! Appreciate the suggestion and I will update my process moving forward. --Zackmann (Talk to me/What I been doing) 18:50, 30 August 2026 (UTC)
I made a userscript that can automatically detect and replace deprecated parameters, which might be helpful to users reading your Unknown-params-warning. Cheers, msk 20:30, 30 August 2026 (UTC)
- That's awesome! Something to be careful of... What if the deprecated parameter is used in a different template on the page? Does it ONLY search within the code for the specific template? or does it find-replace in the entire page? Zackmann (Talk to me/What I been doing) 21:18, 30 August 2026 (UTC)
- Yes, that possibility is accounted for. msk 21:24, 30 August 2026 (UTC)

- You seem to be missing the point of my message which does NOT target those who insert/use deprecated parameters, but those who insert parameters that do not work at all... Deprecated parameters will still work. That warning message is for people who insert (NOT making this example up)

- Nah not worth the time or effort. People who use deprecated parameters 99.9% of the time it is because the documentation hasn't yet been updated. That's not a big issue. But I do like a few of your verbiage changes above. Will be incorporating those in a bit. Zackmann (Talk to me/What I been doing) 22:47, 30 August 2026 (UTC)

[edit]1) My intention was to stop the older name of this theatre institution (not the building itself) as being an earlier name. It is not a nickname. I’ve just tried to take out the name without taking out "nickname" but I can't find it. on the visual editor, which Is what I normally use, being more uer friendly) How could I do that? 2) I've seen a lot of this kind of edit recently. Can you tell me their purpose and the purpose of the template? Ive presumed they control the infobox. I this right? Mot of the edits have been unobjectionable so I haven't altered them 3) I' sorry if you thought I was being disruptive. |nickname=. If you look at the page, it does not call it a nickname, it just displays the name so you are quibbling over something that does not actually matter. Zackmann (Talk to me/What I been doing) 23:47, 31 August 2026 (UTC)

I've used the same process both on this account with manually clicking save and on ZackBot with auto-saving enabled to make over a half million edits. This is the first time I have seen this.
