I would like to request to be manually confirmed in order to be able to translate pages that aren't in English to English. I am a native speaker of both English and German and have a native level of Spanish. I have experience in translation and made this account because it came to my attention that the page for Laurent Simons [de] does not exist in English Wikipedia. However, in order to translate it from German I need to be confirmed.

Not done. You need to be extended confirmed, not autoconfirmed to use the translation tool. If you wish to use the tool you will need to reach that userright naturally, but the right you are requesting is the wrong one anyway. CoconutOctopus talk 16:55, 1 December 2025 (UTC)[reply]

@Tlfarah: Your request here does not make it clear what page you want to edit, nor why you would need "Confirmed" level permission to edit that page. Most pages do not require this.
