TranslateEnabled

Enable or disable webpage translation.

If you only want to disable the popup, you can set the browser.translations.automaticallyPopup preference to false using the Preferences policy.

• Set to true to enable webpage translation, and lock the setting.
• Set to false to disable webpage translation, and lock the setting.

If AIControls sets Translations or Default, it takes precedence and TranslateEnabled is ignored.
