Expose source layout and pull artifact status through import-metadata

import-metadata now reports the source filesystem layout and whether the pull has a local index or deferred files. Host integrations can read those values without parsing Reprint-owned state files.

The command emits its bounded JSON object on one line so JSONL command runners retain the complete result.
