Every return has a story behind it. For Shilpi Singh, coming back to Lodha is a story of finding her way back to a workplace and people who have remained meaningful to her. Shilpi has joined Lodha not once, but twice. After her first stint with us, she relocated when her husband was transferred. Life brought her back to Lodha, and she joined us again. Another relocation took her away, but when the opportunity came once more, she chose to return. Her journey is a reminder that the experiences and connections we build at work can stay with us, even as life takes us in different directions. We are delighted to have Shilpi back with us and look forward to seeing her continue to learn, contribute, and grow at Lodha. Standing at the heart of Mayfair since 1731, No.1 Grosvenor Square has long been one of London’s most prestigious addresses. The Oval Room, an original replica of the White House Oval Office, has been carefully restored and now forms part of the entrance lobby. Award-winning North American design firm Yabu Pushelberg has designed the interiors of the apartments and the Health Club at No.1 Grosvenor Square, bringing a contemporary perspective to one of London’s most historic addresses. Complementing the architecture is Lodha’s in-house hospitality team, delivering service that is anticipatory, discreet and deeply personal. Three years ago, the Lodha Development Centre was established with a clear purpose, to build enduring capabilities and empower our associates to deliver excellence, every day.
