The best of local island produce and fresh vegetables and herbs sourced from our farm in Phuket and farmers all over Thailand power the seasonal plant-based menu. Delicious freshly squeezed juices and fermented drinks made in-house underline that healthy is never boring. The Raw Bar boasts fresh local oysters, caviar from Hua Hin, and ceviches of freshly caught fish. On the open-fire charcoal grill are Thai Wagyu, Kurobuta pork, Phuket lobsters, Andaman shrimps, and more.
A curated drink list of crafted signature cocktails, local craft beers on tap, and an extensive selection of premium wines add to the sun-splashed experience by the beach and offer a whole new perspective on the sunset hour.
