Head to your "Purchase History" on Target’s website and choose "View Order." From there, you can click "Start a return" to print a free return label or generate a barcode to show Guest Services at a Target store. Most online purchases are eligible for in-store returns. You have 90 days to return your unopened, unused item to receive a full refund or exchange.
Target stores will match the price of a qualifying item at Target if you find the identical item for less at Target.com, Amazon, Walmart or with a Target Circle deal (if you’re a Target Circle member). Price matches must be requested within 14 days of purchase. For items purchased in store, you'll need to provide proof of the current lower price at Guest Services. For Target.com or Target app purchases, you can call Guest Services at 1-800-591-3869. Note that the lower price must be listed and valid at the time of your request to price match.
You can track your Target order using the app or by going to the store's website and clicking "Purchase History." Once there, you can click "Track Package" to see where your order is and which shipping carrier is handling it. You can also track your order through your shipping confirmation email.
Target offers same-day delivery via Shipt, a third-party delivery service owned by Target. As you shop for items, select "Delivery" before adding it to your cart. You can also select same-day delivery once items are in your cart. However, same-day delivery is only available for items that are in stock at your local store. A shopper will shop for your order and deliver it to your door. Target's same-day delivery is free for Target Circle 360 members. If you're not a member, it costs $9.99 per delivery.
You can redeem your Target gift card in store at the register or online once you're ready to check out. On the Target website, click the "Check Out" button, and, above the payment section, select "Gift Cards." Then, add your gift card's number and access number, and click "Add gift card."
