This strike is significant for two reasons. First, it's the main transit hub for just about all the pipelines headed west out of Siberia. An "oil rain" later fell in the Russian oblast — local residents noticed black spots on their clothes, cars, and buildings. The exact same "rain" was spotted by residents of Tuapse, where Rosneft's oil infrastructure continues to burn after three drone attacks since April 16.
