She describes how the events of the last 4 years (covid and the disastrous 'accepted' mitigation measures, the vaccines being case in point) did offset her on a journey to re-discover the global wisdom on healing by natural/traditional methods before John D.     What actually is 'Natural Health'; nature's health? Essentially it is the human body, that being an integral part of nature, does not need anything 'extra' to keep it healthy. Everything it needs is in nature itself. Nature has been with us for a very long time, and our bodies have evolved alongside it to self-diagnose, self-heal and self-maintain. How does it do that?
