Regina just changed the game for farmers in Western Canada. 🚜 For Jay, whose long-time family farm rests in southern Saskatchewan, the opening of a major new canola crush facility means more ways to win. Cargill’s facility has capacity to process 1 million metric tonnes of canola annually, giving growers like him greater market access to the global demand for food, feed and renewable fuels.

That perfect crunch? It’s harder to get right than it looks. Fried chicken is booming on menus from Central America to Southeast Asia-but delivering a consistently crispy, juicy bite takes more than a great recipe. By combining coating expertise with advanced oil solutions, we help brands create that craveable crunch, again and again, batch after batch. As Dr. Tanitta Royintarat, food innovation R&D professional in Thailand, puts it: it’s all about turning great taste into reliable results. How are you meeting rising demand for comfort foods with consistent quality? Learn more here: https://lnkd.in/gbNsHfm2
