🎥#WATCH | Russia has launched another wave of attacks on Kyiv and the surrounding region, marking the sixth consecutive day of strikes, according to Ukrainian authorities. The latest assault killed four people and injured more than a dozen, with drones and missiles damaging residential and business infrastructure. The sustained barrage comes as Moscow continues deploying increasingly advanced and jet-powered drones against Ukraine. At the same time, tensions around NATO’s eastern flank and Russia’s Kaliningrad exclave remain under close scrutiny. With the attacks intensifying and military activity continuing across the region, concerns are growing over a wider confrontation between Russia and the NATO alliance. The Election Commission of India (ECI) published the draft electoral rolls for Delhi on Monday after the completion of the enumeration phase of the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) exercise. The draft roll has 9.7 million electors, 4.8 million (32.8%) less than the 14.5 million electors on the rolls before SIR. In other words, one in three electors on Delhi’s electoral roll was removed in the first phase of SIR. Is this an unusually high rate of cuts? An HT analysis shows that a third of electors being deleted is indeed a big number, but par for the course for urban centres comparable to Delhi’s size and urban population.
