Nedra Dickson shared thisLast week, I had the pleasure of joining Shell US President Colette Hirstius at the Grand Prix in the Nations Capital - and what an incredible experience it was! I had the opportunity to meet the drivers and learn more about the mechanics and engineering behind racing, as well as the intense training, mental toughness, and precision required to compete at the highest level. Seeing the engineering and technology come together on the track was truly fascinating. WBENC is incredibly grateful for our continued partnership with Shell. Thank you, Colette and the entire Shell team, for the amazing hospitality, engaging conversations, and for giving me the opportunity to experience my first Grand Prix!

Nedra Dickson shared thisThis post Drew Panayiotou shared made me smile. Not only are Drew and Stacey Valy Panayiotou a two C-suite executive household raising an amazing 12 year old son, Alex, but they also make time for the people who matter most - family and friends. Thank you, Drew and Stacey, for always being so generous with your support, encouraging my career, and celebrating the wins along the way. The C-suite titles are certainly impressive, but being Mom and Dad to Alex - and being true friends to so many - are the titles that are truly the BEST❤️Nedra Dickson shared thisLast Thursday, I traded CMO for Chief Morning Officer. My wife was traveling for work, which meant I had the privilege of taking our son Alex to school for his first day. Backpack, first day outfit, the obligatory photo in front of the door. And I think we nailed it. I sometimes joke that I’m the “trailing husband.” The truth is, neither career trails the other in our house. My wife, has built an incredible career as Chief Human Resources Officer at Kimberly-Clark , and I’ve built an incredible marketing career at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. Making room for both takes partnership, respect, some serious calendar coordination and, occasionally, a last-minute audible. People sometimes ask how two executives with demanding jobs and a 12-year-old make it work. The honest answer is that we keep figuring it out. Some weeks, one career requires more. The next week, the balance shifts. We cover for each other, cheer each other on and try to be fully present for the moments that matter. Do we execute perfectly every time? Absolutely not. But we have become very good at making it work together. The leadership principles I value at work also apply at home: communicate clearly, keep things in perspective and have enough empathy to recognize when someone else needs you to adjust the plan. A few years back I spoke at #SXSW about supporting a successful female executive, who happens to be my wife. I said something then that I still believe. Nobody writes articles about that part of my career. They write about marketing and brand building. Nobody asks about school drop-offs, the travel calendar Tetris, or the "who's got Alex on Wednesday" text thread. So today I'm claiming the title, “Trailing Husband.” Occasional CMO. Full-time backup plan. In our house, CMO and CHRO titles matter a lot less before 8 a.m. That morning, the only title that mattered was Dad. Genuinely, it's one of my proudest jobs. #TrailingHusband #PowerCouple #WorkingParents #FirstDayOfSchool

Nedra Dickson liked thisNedra Dickson liked thisMy heart is so full. ❤️ I am incredibly excited and deeply honored to be named a 2026 WoW: Women of Work Top 100 Finalist for the Leadership Excellence Award. To me, leadership has never been about a title. It is about showing up with heart, leading with intention and by example, and bringing kindness, empathy, and passion into everything you do. It is about lifting others and helping people see what is possible within themselves. To receive this recognition for the third consecutive year—this time in a new category that means so much to me—is something I will never take for granted. I am deeply grateful for my ALOIS Solutions family, colleagues, partners, mentors, family, and friends who continue to believe in me and have helped shape the leader I am today. One of the things I love most about the WoW: Women of Work community is how we celebrate, encourage, and always show up for one another. That spirit of women supporting women—and the incredible men who support, champion, and stand beside us—is what makes this community so special. Thank you to everyone who nominated me, voted for me, and continues to be part of my story. So incredibly grateful, so very excited…and hoping we can bring it home for the third year in a row! 🏆🏆❤️ Congratulations to all the remarkable finalists and every incredible nominee. You all deserve to be celebrated, and I cannot wait to celebrate together in Austin! 👏🥂🎉 ALOIS Solutions ALOIS Healthcare Healthcare Kinjal Desai Farhad Wadia Marc M. Michelle C Betsey C. Nedra Dickson liked thisNedra Dickson liked thisLast night, my heart was full. It meant so much to have my niece and nephew join me at the Empower Spinal Cord Injury, Inc benefit and gain a deeper understanding of life with a spinal cord injury. On Sunday, Jackson’s 5th birthday, I’ll head to Empower SCI for a week-long residential rehabilitation program focused on helping adults with spinal cord injuries push beyond perceived limits and discover what’s possible. Through specialized therapy, peer mentoring, adaptive recreation, social outings, and innovative problem-solving, Empower SCI creates opportunities for growth, confidence, and independence. But what makes Empower SCI truly extraordinary is the community. It’s a place where people come together to learn from one another, celebrate progress, and build friendships that last. As I honor Jackson’s birthday, I’m grateful for the chance to continue chasing ambitious goals, surrounded by people who inspire me to keep moving forward. Thank you to Carrie Callahan, Elizabeth Remillard, Jessica Goodine, Timothy Brown, and everyone who supports Empower SCI because of the life-changing impact it has on so many of us. Here’s to raising the bar, embracing possibility, and seeing just how far we can go. #EmpowerSCI #SpinalCordInjury #RehabJourney #Accessibility

Nedra Dickson liked thisNedra Dickson liked thisTake Your Kids to Work Day was a powerful reminder of why culture matters. From exploring AI and creating vision boards to asking thoughtful questions about careers, the future, and what their parents actually do all day, the energy and curiosity these young minds brought to the experience was inspiring. What stuck with me most was seeing my daughter connect with our Rosslyn team and get a firsthand look at where I spend my time each day. Giving our children a window into our work helps them see new possibilities and understand the people and purpose behind what we do. A sincere thank you to our team for creating such an engaging and memorable experience. 4dNedra Dickson liked thisTwo nights in Atlanta. One cause worth being in the room for. Last weekend we brought together a group of diverse leaders from different industries for Friday and Saturday evenings, in support of techbridge and its mission to use technology to expand opportunity and strengthen communities. Educators, operators, financiers, technologists, and founders gathered around the same question, and most of them stayed late. A special thank you to Reginald Washington of Southern National for hosting us on Friday night. He opened his doors, set the tone for the entire weekend, and reminded the room what real hospitality looks like. We also want to thank Aisha Bowe for spending both evenings with us. Her willingness to sit with this group, hear the work happening across sectors, and share openly made the conversations stronger. Time is the most valuable thing any of us have to give, and we do not take hers lightly. To every other guest who traveled in and brought full attention to the conversation: thank you. The room only worked because the people in it showed up that way. To the techbridge team, thank you for the work you do every day and for gathering committed people around a cause worth standing behind. This weekend was a reminder of what that support looks like in person. What started as two evenings in Atlanta will keep moving forward. Getting an inside look at the EY workplace, learning more about the company’s culture, and seeing how professionals collaborate and innovate was both inspiring and insightful. I’m grateful for the opportunity to gain exposure, ask questions, and continue building relationships with professionals who are shaping the future of business. Thank you Regenia R.
