Love Island’s Huda Mustafa says Netflix banned her from revealing her romance

At the Weapons film premiere on July 31, Huda Mustafa and Louis Russell held hands, a public display of their romance. According to reports, the affair started soon after Huda's breakup with Chris Seeley on Love Island USA.

Fans of Love Island are familiar with the rumour that Huda Mustafa is dating Louis Russell. They were even treated to the pair soft-launching one another on social media in August, which appeared to validate their much-discussed affair.

On August 17, Mustafa shared a story on Instagram showing her and Russell taking a photo while snorkelling. Russell responded to Huda's kind gesture with a purportedly covered video showing him grasping Huda's face.

States Netflix banned reveal

In the background was the music video for Russell's most recent single, "She's Pretty." Supporters were certain it was Huda. The couple is not yet an official Instagram account, though.

During the Love Island reunion episode that aired on Monday, Love Island actress Huda Mustafa made a shocking statement regarding Netflix. On the red carpet, Huda, who was rumoured to be seeing musician Louis Russell, was questioned about her relationship status.

She stated that Netflix has legally prohibited her from sharing the specifics of her relationship and declined to respond to the topic.

There were a lot of comments to Huda's answer to the topic on the reunion episode. Huda did not provide an explanation, but many conjectured that it might be related to Netflix's Perfect Match Season 3, in which Louis Russell competes. The program has not yet been broadcast.

Following Huda's remark, there were numerous responses. Another user commented, "Huda saying she can't speak on her relationship because of Netflix had everyone like ookayyyyy girl 🤣."

One person joked, "Does Netflix realise that Huda is prohibited from discussing her relationship for legal reasons? When Louis Russell was soft launched by Huda Mustafa."
