‘Won’t spare third suspect’: DC US Attorney Pirro charges 2 teens in killing of congressional intern
Two teens have been arrested in the killing of congressional intern Eric Tarpinian-Jachym, who was shot near a DC metro station on June 30 and died the following day. US Attorney Jeanine Pirro announced the teens will be tried as adults for first-degree murder while authorities continue searching for a third suspect. The announcement came during a press conference with DC Mayor Muriel Bowser amid President Trump’s federal takeover of DC police with National Guard troops.
