IMO as men get older we need to do 15-30 minutes of exercise a day. Nothing strenuous like running - but just a few exercises at home.

Although this was just an exhibition fight in Mexico, what a joke it was. If I had been a paying attendee expecting something worthwhile watching, it would have been better to stay at home. So the question is would you use an indoor exercise bike, do the purists among you consider them to be off limits or would you use one? The reason I ask this question is I decided to bite the bullet and buy one, it came on Sunday, built it up, took about 20 minutes. It came with one of those racing saddles that tries to slice you in two so that got exchanged immediately to a softly softly saddle. I am just back from my morning cycle; it was one of those days where the wind and rain were so powerful that it was like riding into a firehose.
