Meghan Markle
Meghan Markle became the Duchess of Sussex when she married Prince Harry at St George’s Chapel, Windsor on May 19, 2018. Born in Los Angeles in 1981 to Thomas Markle and Doria Ragland, Meghan is a former actress who is most famous for playing Rachel Zane in hit legal drama Suits. A year after their wedding the couple welcomed their first child, Prince Archie, in London. After an extended break in Canada, Prince Harry and Meghan stepped back from their senior royal duties in January 2020 and relocated to Montecito, California. They welcomed their daughter, Princess Lilibet, in June 2021.
Since leaving the Royal Family Meghan has tried a number of different ventures, including podcasts, producing films and documentaries and launching a lifestyle brand. In January 2025, she launched an Instagram account where she regularly posts to her millions of followers about her family life and business.
Meghan has a cooking show on Netflix, With Love, Meghan, which launched at the start of 2025 and a lifestyle brand As Ever, selling products such as jam and honey.
