Last week, we welcomed students into our Columbus, Ohio office for Career Discovery Day. They spent the day learning what career paths can look like by hearing real stories and getting a closer look at how different roles come to life. They connected with teams across McGraw Hill, learned about college and career journeys, and built real-world skills through workshops and mock interviews. We were thrilled for the opportunity to connect with these students and help build confidence as they start thinking about their next steps. Watch the full story: https://mhed.us/4sMhccA

  • This Earth Day, we’re celebrating the impact of our people through our Red Cube Cares program. Driven by the passion and commitment of McGraw Hill employees, Red Cube Cares brings teams together to support local communities and nonprofits around the world—like our Northern California team, which has spent the last few years supporting Common Roots Farm and its work in sustainable agriculture and environmental education. It’s one of the ways we show up for learners, educators, and the communities where we live and work.

  • At this year’s ASU+GSV Summit, conversations around AI focused on using it thoughtfully and intentionally—to improve learning outcomes, deepen engagement, and support the human connection at the heart of education. Our CEO Philip Moyer shared how McGraw Hill is approaching AI through tools like Learning Coach, a conversational AI tutor that gives educators improved insight into student needs and provides learners with real-time support for complex concepts. The discussion continued with Dr. Dave Duke, Chief Product Officer for Higher Education, who joined a panel on strengthening academic integrity through thoughtful learning design. We're encouraged by all of the conversations this past week, and the shared focus on keeping learning human in an AI enabled world.
