Singer D4vd has been charged with first-degree murder and other crimes in the death of 14-year-old Celeste Rivas, who was reported missing in the spring of 2025.

A jury is considering the case of Duane “Keffe D” Davis, the only person ever criminally charged in the 1996 Las Vegas shooting death of hip-hop legend Tupac Shakur at age 25.

Over the past five weeks, the jury heard testimony from doctors, first responders, relatives and even Clancy’s former husband.

Closing arguments begin Monday in the trial of the only person to face criminal charges in the Sept. 7, 1996 shooting death of Tupac Shakur in Las Vegas.

Clancy went to the hospital, called a suicide hotline and was prescribed a cocktail of medications in the months before the killings, court testimony and documents show.

Closing arguments in the long-awaited trial over the 25-year-old rap icon’s September 1996 Las Vegas murder are scheduled to start Monday.

Jurors are debating the fate of Lindsay Clancy, a Massachusetts mother accused of killing her three children.

Clancy’s attorney, Kevin Reddington, told reporters Friday that she was “very sad, scared,” feelings she’d had since the killings.

The brothers have repeatedly denied wrongdoing and their challenge of the British extradition request could take months. 

The prosecution and defense gave closing arguments for nearly two hours on Thursday, Day 22 of the Lindsay Clancy trial. The jury is now deliberating the charges.
