Well said, Nikki. I saw a recent post from a former recruiting manager at a company that I worked at years ago and they just posted that same stat about studies showing people are back on the market within 6-12 months after accepting a counter offer. I always thought that this stat was unverified and something that recruiters preach because they've been told this stat somewhere down the line. Your article is really validating.

Todd Games liked thisTodd Games liked thisGiving back as a team 🌿 Proud to say part of our AR Department along with others across McKinstry for Building Good Week of Service this afternoon volunteering at Crystal Springs Park. Everyone jumped in rolling up their sleeves (figuratively of course ... needed the sleeves for protection!) to remove invasive ivy and blackberry plants. Two hours later, we were muddy, a little wet, and definitely feeling it, but it was worth every minute. We even worked in McKinstry Moves for some stretching relief after we were done! A highlight to call out? The organizing group Forterra shared that we cleared the largest area they’ve seen from a volunteer team since their tenure. A great reminder of what can happen when people come together with a shared purpose. I am incredibly impressed by the teamwork and everyone for stepping away from the day-to-day and making a real impact in our community.
