Dexter Hardy shared thisThe real Go-To-Market (GTM) question isn’t whether your current strategy works. It’s whether it remains repeatable as the business scales. Your first customers can come from relationships and referrals. The next stage of growth will definitely need something more repeatable. That’s the conversation we’re having at the upcoming "Spark by ntegral" - Founder Roundtable. Where is your current GTM strategy starting to hit its limits? #ntegral #spark #marketplace #accelerategrowth Chaitra Vedullapalli, Vince Menzione, Raamel Mitchell, Chip Rodgers, Nabil Aitoumeziane, Regina N. The Spark by Ntegral Founder Roundtable is an open call for B2B SaaS companies, software development companies, MSPs and technology-services firms that want to explore: • How Cloud Marketplaces like Microsoft can help you reach new markets • How to make it easier for customers to find and buy your solutions • What your business needs to build a more repeatable path to growth • How to strengthen your GTM strategy, marketplace readiness and investor case We’ll also share how the eight-week Spark by Ntegral Marketplace Accelerator, beginning September 14, helps companies prepare to enter and grow through the Cloud Marketplace ecosystem. Whether you are actively considering the accelerator or simply rethinking how your company reaches customers, you are invited to join the discussion. Bring your questions. Bring your current business challenges. Let’s explore how far your company can go with a stronger pathway to market. Dexter Hardy shared this“Cloud simplified” does not mean cloud made basic... It means cloud made usable. 🎯 The best cloud environments are not the ones with the most services. They are the ones teams can actually manage. That is what business leaders really want from cloud. Complexity may look sophisticated, but simplicity scales better. Dexter Hardy shared thisThe Right Room Changes the Timeline ✨ Business growth is not just about hard work. It is also about #timing — and being in the right room when the right conversation happens. In business, timing is often misunderstood. People call it #luck when someone meets the right person at the right moment. 🌟 Most of the time, that “luck” was built long before the moment arrived. It was built by showing up. Contributing before asking. Learning before pitching. Building relationships before needing them. 🎯 The right room does not guarantee success but it can change what you see, who you meet, and how fast you move. Opportunity rewards proximity, but only when proximity is paired with preparation! #ntegral #partnership #bettertogether #ecosystem Vince Menzione, Victoria Tollossa, Elena Kennedy, Chaitra Vedullapalli, Anne Baker, Raamel Mitchell, Regina N. He was early. He was convicted. And he was building something most people in the room had not yet figured out. I knew immediately he was onto something big. Dexter has been with this community ever since. Dallas. The studio. Every UP LIVE we have hosted. Not as a spectator — as a practitioner, doing the work, proving the model, and quietly becoming one of the most compelling marketplace success stories in the Microsoft ecosystem. What ntegral built is not a case study. It is a blueprint. Dexter is now bringing that blueprint to Bellevue — to help other software organizations reach his level. Not theory. The real mechanics. What worked, what did not, and what every ISV needs to know to spark real marketplace revenue. This is what the UP LIVE community was built for. Leaders who did the work coming back to share what they learned — so the next organization does not have to figure it out alone. May 11–13. InterContinental Seattle Bellevue. Because being in the right room changes everything.

Dexter Hardy shared thisCloud strategy rarely fails in the slide deck. It fails in the handoff. The real differentiator is not just architecture, tooling, or vendor selection. It is whether every team knows: - what they own, - what success looks like, - and how momentum gets protected after kickoff. Key takeaway: #cloud transformation needs #execution #governance as much as #technical #strategy. 🎯 Great point: the best plans do not win. The best-owned plans do. What ownership gap slows cloud execution most often? If this resonates with you definitely let me know! Vince Menzione, Chaitra Vedullapalli, Nabil Aitoumeziane, Alyssa Williams, MBA, Anne Baker, Chip Rodgers, Roman Avanesyan, Eva Karnaukh, Monika Mital Gupta, Elkanah Carnell Reed, Raamel Mitchell, Ameer A., Regina N. JohnsonDexter Hardy shared thisEveryone talks about cloud strategy. Fewer talk about why it actually fails. Leaders invest heavily in: • Strategy • Vendors • Architecture But success usually comes down to something far less glamorous: 👉 Alignment across teams 👉 Sustained momentum 👉 Clear ownership of outcomes Without these, even the best plans lose steam. Not because they’re flawed, but because they’re unowned. Here’s the hard truth: Most cloud initiatives don’t fail due to bad strategy. They fail in execution. The best plans don’t win. The best executed ones do. If execution ownership is becoming a bottleneck in your migration plans, let’s connect. Where does execution break down most in your organization? Let us know in the comments. #Ntegral

Dexter Hardy shared thisMost companies don’t have an Microsoft Azure problem. 🎯 They have an execution problem hiding inside their #Azure spend. Organizations are investing heavily in #cloud, but too often the value they’ve already paid for goes underused while teams keep building from scratch. That matters now. ✨ Cloud budgets are tighter. #DevOps teams are moving faster. Security and reliability expectations keep rising. The question is no longer: “Are we using Azure?” 📢 It’s: “Are we getting the full business advantage from the Azure investment we’ve already made?” Azure benefit eligible solutions and marketplace-ready deployments can help teams move faster, reduce friction, and get more from committed cloud spend. 🚀 The companies that win won’t just spend more on cloud. They’ll operationalize it faster. If your team has already committed to Azure, now is the time to make sure that commitment is working as hard as you are. Chaitra Vedullapalli, Monika Mital Gupta, Anne Baker, Vince Menzione, Justin Royal, Shannon Proverbs, Hollis Williams, Regina N. Johnson, Alyssa Williams, MBA, Jeramey James, Danielle Estrada, ntegral, Raamel Mitchell, Jacqueline Shorter-Beauchamp, Danny S., Nabil Aitoumeziane, Roman Avanesyan, Regina Manfredi, Oguo Atuanya, Winnie Huynh, Elkanah Carnell Reed #AzureMarketplace #MicrosoftPartner #CloudStrategy #DevOps #Azure #CloudOptimization #NtegralDexter Hardy shared thisOne of the biggest missed opportunities we see: Companies commit to Azure… but don’t fully leverage what they’ve already paid for. Here’s where it gets interesting: 👉 Azure benefit eligible solutions can be applied toward your commit Which means: - You can deploy faster - Reduce additional spend - Use pre-configured environments instead of building from scratch Instead of: ❌ Investing more time and resources You can: ✅ Accelerate delivery using marketplace-ready solutions This is where Azure shifts from: 👉 Infrastructure to 👉 A cost + execution advantage And for DevOps teams, that means: - Less time configuring - More time delivering If you’re looking to get more out of your Azure investment: https://lnkd.in/eFe8CwYF #Ntegral #MicrosoftPartner #AzureMarketplace

Dexter Hardy shared thisWe talk to teams all the time who are “in the middle” of their cloud transformation. They typically have done the following: 1. Invested in Azure 2. Started migrating workloads 3. Built modernization roadmaps And yet… progress stalls. Why? 🤔 Because modernization isn’t just about moving workloads. It’s about how quickly you can deploy, adapt, and scale once you’re there. What most organizations don’t realize: 👉 They’re sitting on Azure budget that’s not fully utilized 👉 They’re rebuilding environments that already exist 👉 They’re slowing down execution trying to do everything from scratch The companies moving fastest right now aren’t starting from zero. They’re leveraging: - Pre-configured environments - Marketplace-ready solutions - Proven deployment patterns That’s how you reduce friction and actually move. If you’re evaluating your current approach, this is a good place to start: Explore more: https://lnkd.in/ekFkuPVZ #ntegral #conciergecloud #sparkbyntegral #azure #cloud #migration #devops

I hope it hits you the way it hit me, my publisher, and the team in the studio. It’s not a tearjerker. It’s a business book. But it’s a book about principles, at a time when we may not be as focused on them as we should be. This is an exciting time to be alive in the world of AI. Exciting, sometimes frightening, sometimes unsettling. That’s why I wrote it. Principles mean more today than they ever have. There are stats and playbooks and guidance in these pages, but it’s more than a playbook. Come to our Reston event and you won’t just get a signed copy. You’ll celebrate the launch with me, and with a lot of leaders and friends. There is much more to share, and yes, Being in the right room changes everything.

It’s to give people time back. Automate the repetitive. Simplify the things that don’t need a human touch. Give people more room to think, create, build relationships, solve problems — and occasionally hit some golf balls while the sun goes down. 😉 Technology should give us more space to do the things only humans can do. That’s the kind of future I want to help build. ⚡️⚡️⚡️ #AI #Automation #FutureOfWork #Automotive #Turb0AI #Golf

We've been a Gwinnett Chamber member for a while now, and it's shaped how we think about client relationships more than people might expect from an IT company. Chamber connections put us in the room with business owners before they're evaluating IT vendors, which means the relationship often starts as a conversation about their business, not a sales pitch about our services. That context carries into the work itself. Understanding a business's growth plans, its industry, and its actual pain points leads to IT recommendations that fit, rather than a generic package sold the same way to every client. For a locally owned provider, community involvement isn't a marketing checkbox, it's part of how we stay accountable to the businesses we serve in Gwinnett County. For business owners in Gwinnett, how much does a vendor's local involvement factor into who you choose to work with? #GwinnettBusiness #LocalIT #SmallBusiness
