Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce to live in a movie theater? Ohio mansion with music studio, golf arena, gym spread across 61 acres on their shopping list

As they start to plan the next chapter of their lives together, Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce could be setting down roots in Ohio, with speculation swirling that the newly engaged couple toured an $18 million mansion in Hunting Valley, a secluded community not far from Kelce’s hometown of Cleveland Heights.

Earlier this summer, according to the Page Six website, the pair were spotted dining at JoJo’s, a French bistro in the nearby village of Chagrin Falls, fueling buzz that they may be house hunting in the area. Page Six website states that speculation has intensified around the Hunting Valley estate, which comes complete with a private music studio, a potential draw for Swift.

Built in 2018 by architect Charles Fazio and yacht interior designer Ari Loar, the six-bedroom, 13-bathroom property spans more than 61 acres. An insider said the current owners “barely lived at the property” before the husband passed away during COVID.

The sprawling home offers a large dining room, wine cellar, billiards room, and what appears to be a movie theater. For fitness and recreation, it features a golf simulator, gym, sauna and steam room. Outdoors, there’s a pool, patio, kitchen, and fire pit, all set amid dense woods that provide an extra layer of privacy.

The area could appeal to the couple for its quiet, paparazzi-free atmosphere. Nearby Chagrin Falls offers waterfalls, restaurants such as 17 River Grille and M Italian, and local favorites like the Popcorn Shop ice cream parlor, Fireside Books, and a town gazebo.

For travel, Cuyahoga Airport is just 20 minutes away, while Cleveland Burke Lakefront Airport is about half an hour from the property. The region is also home to several equestrian facilities, a possible bonus for Swift, who grew up with horses.

Kelce, who may retire from the NFL after the upcoming season, grew up in Cleveland Heights, located less than 30 minutes from the estate. Swift, meanwhile, reportedly owns at least eight homes.
