Rosianna M Silalahi

Rosianna M Silalahi, born in Pangkal Pinang on September 26, 1972, is a distinguished figure in the field of television news and journalism, known for her dedication and wealth of experience. Rosi's academic journey commenced with a Bachelor's degree in the Department of Japanese Literature from the Faculty of Literature at Universitas Indonesia (UI). Rosi is a graduate of Japanese Literature at the University of Indonesia, and also received a study scholarship from the United Kingdom for the "Transition to Democracy" program.

Rosi is also known as an interviewer of heads of state on various occasions, such as former United States President Jimmy Carter, Prime Minister Lee Kuan Yew, and the President of Iran, Ahmadinejad. Rosi was also one of the 6 (six) Asia Pacific journalists who were invited to the event in the White House to interview President Bush after the World Trade Center tragedy in 2002.

Her illustrious career within KG Media is closely associated with KompasTV, where she has made significant contributions over the years. Rosi's journey with KompasTV began on September 1, 2014, when she assumed the role of News Current Affairs Director. Her dedication, commitment, and journalistic skills were evident in her work.

On August 1, 2018, Rosi took on the esteemed position of KompasTV News Director, where she played a pivotal role in guiding the news content and direction of KompasTV, one of Indonesia's prominent television news networks.
