Titis's journey with Kontan began on December 1st, 1998, when she joined as a reporter.

On March 1, 2006, she served as a Compartment Editor at Kontan, where she played a crucial role in shaping the content of the publication. Her editorial skills and leadership abilities were further recognized, and on January 1, 2012, she contributed on the role of Daily Deputy Managing Editor of Kontan, contributing significantly to the editorial direction of the newspaper.
