    Vikram Solar IPO allotment status is out today. Investors can check their allotment status online via MUFG Intime India or NSE website.
    The basis of allotment for Vikram Solar IPO will be out today. Investors who applied for shares in the Rs 2,079.37 crore issue can now check their allotment status online. The stock is scheduled to list on BSE and NSE on August 26. The GMP is around 15% on the allotment day.

    The IPO, which opened on August 19 and closed on August 21, received robust demand with 56.42 times subscription. Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) subscribed 145.10 times, Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs) 52.87 times, while the Retail portion was subscribed 7.98 times.

    The offer comprised a fresh issue of Rs 1,500 crore and an offer for sale of Rs 579.37 crore, with a price band of Rs 315–332 per share and a lot size of 45 shares.

    Vikram Solar, one of India’s largest solar PV module manufacturers, reported a 37% increase in revenue and 75% rise in profit after tax in FY25.
