Q3 boost for June-listed Siemens Energy: Profit up 80% to Rs 263 crore, revenue rises 20%
Siemens Energy India on Monday reported an 80% jump in its net profit for the quarter ended June at Rs 263 crore versus Rs 146 crore posted in the year ago period. The company's revenue from operations increased 20% to Rs 1,785 crore in Q3FY26 compared to Rs 1,484 crore in the corresponding quarter of the last financial year.
It is Siemens Energy India's first earnings since its listing on June 19 this year. Promoted by Netherlands-based Siemens International Holding B.V., the company's sharp rise in profit after tax (PAT) was on the back of new order growth, primarily due to large orders received during the quarter.
The robust demand was recorded both in domestic as well as export markets, a company filing to the exchanges said, adding that revenue has developed well on the back of strong and healthy order backlog. New Orders were up 94% at Rs 3,290 crore.

Sebi proposes to relax limits for approval, disclosure of related-party transactions
India's markets regulator has proposed relaxing the threshold for which companies need to seek shareholder approval for related-party transactions though a system based on the firm's annual turnover.
The proposed system would raise the transaction threshold to up to 50 billion rupees ($570.7 million) from the current limit of 10 billion rupees, the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) said in a draft consultation paper published on Monday.
The regulator also plans to relax disclosure norms for related-party transactions valued at less than 150 million rupees, it said in the paper.

Godfrey Phillips India Q1 Results: Net profit jumps 56% to Rs 356 crore
Cigarette maker Godfrey Phillips India Ltd on Monday reported a 56 per cent jump in consolidated net profit at Rs 356.28 crore in the first quarter ended June 2025, riding on higher sales.
The company, which posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 228.55 crore in the corresponding quarter last fiscal, said its board has approved issuance of bonus equity shares in the proportion of 2:1, Godfrey Phillips India said in a regulatory filing.
Consolidated total revenue from operations in the quarter under review stood at Rs 1,813.26 crore as against Rs 1,358.81 crore in the year-ago period, it added.

Mindspace Business Parks REIT on Monday reported a 24 per cent increase in its net operating income to Rs 616.4 crore in the first quarter of this fiscal year.
The company announced an 18 per cent increase in its distribution to shareholders to Rs 352.7 crore for the April-June period of the current 2025-26 fiscal year, according to a regulatory filing.
Mindspace Business Parks REIT, sponsored by K Raheja Corp group, owns office portfolios in Mumbai Region, Pune, Hyderabad, and Chennai. The portfolio has a total leasable area of 38.1 million sq ft, comprising 31 million sq ft of completed area, 3.7 million sq ft under construction and 3.4 million sq ft for future development.

Oil falls as OPEC+ proceeds with September output increase
Oil prices fell to their lowest in a week on Monday after OPEC+ agreed to another large output increase in September, though traders remained wary of further sanctions on Russia.
Brent crude futures fell $1.17, or 1.7%, to $68.50 a barrel by 1127 GMT. U.S. West Texas Intermediate crude declined $1.26, or 1.9%, to $66.07. Both contracts lost about $2 on Friday.
The Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries and its allies, together known as OPEC+, agreed on Sunday to raise oil production by 547,000 barrels per day (bpd) for September.
