Register of Members and Share Transfer Register of the Company shall remain closed for the Period from 24th September, 2024 to 30th September, 2024 (Both days inclusive) for the purpose of the 32nd Annual General Meeting.

This is to inform you that the 32nd Annual General Meeting of the members of Winsome Breweries Limited will be held on Monday, 30th September, 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Registered Office of the Company, ie. Village Sarekhurd, Tehsil-Tijara, District Alwar, Rajasthan- 301001. Please find attached Notice of the AGM along with the Annual Report for the FY 2023-24. Also to inform you that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Register of the Company shall remain closed for the period from 24th September, 2024 to 30th September, 2024 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 32nd AGM. Pursuant to Regulation 44 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 the Company is providing e-voting facility to the members. The cut-off date for the purpose of determining members for remote e-voting is Monday, 23rd September, 2024. The remote e-voting period shall commence on Friday, 27th September, 2024 at 9:00 AM and end on Sunday, 29th September, 2024.
